The Multi-Rater Feedback application, created for use at the University of New Mexico, but opened to the public for everyone to use. The Multi-Rater Feedback is a tool that allows managers to request feedback on their performance from their peers, subordinates, and supervisors. Managers are also required to complete a self-assesment. Of course, all of these rules could be changed to fit your organization's needs. (Hence the Open Source part). The MRF package requires Smarty and PEAR DB
